In its issue of April/May, the magazine "Wine" has its page 40 with this title :

"Breath of Fresh Air"

This is an article made by Nick Stock, a journalist whom I have never met, but who wrote probably with the help of Sabine Schmitz  with whom I was in contact, about what is now called the "Audouze method" to open old wines and let them come back to life.

As I received in my house in the South an Australian wine lover and his family in May, there is now a bridge between my activity and this lively Australian continent.
